Lewisburg Safety Action Plan Updated Information

The Lewisburg Safety Action Plan public open house was a huge success.  Thank you so much for attending! Your participation is an important part of the planning process, and we hope you’ll continue to be involved as the plan moves forward.

Digital versions of the presentation and engagement exercises from the Open House are available on the Borough’s Safety Action Plan webpage. These online exercises can be used to provide additional comments or be shared with others who were unable to attend the meeting.  These exercises and the online community survey will be available until March 14.

Additional engagement opportunities will be available over the next several months. Please check the Borough’s Safety Action Plan website for future opportunities and project updates. (https://www.lewisburgborough.org/safety_action_plan/)

Application for Homestead Exclusions due 3-1-2025

Lewisburg Borough Tax Collector Connie Moore would like to remind Lewisburg Borough property owners that applications for Homestead Exclusions must be returned to the Union County Assessment Office by March 1, 2025.  Failure to have a current Homestead Exclusion on file with the Union County Assessment Office will result in a loss of this discount on your 2025 Lewisburg Area School District Real Estate Taxes.

The Homestead Exclusion application is available at https://unioncountypa.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/HOMESTEAD-FARMSTEAD-2025-Blank-Application.pdf
