Lewisburg Borough Fall 2025 Brush and Leaf Pick-up Schedule

Brush and Tree Trimmings

Lewisburg Borough residents are encouraged to participate in our annual fall brush and tree trimmings pick-up scheduled for the week of October 13 – 17, 2025.  The Borough Public Works Department will be following the daily street maintenance schedule in its efforts to collect brush and tree trimmings. The brush and tree trimmings should be placed prior to 6:30 am.  These materials will only be collected on the day the street is posted for No Parking from 7 AM to Noon, and any subsequent debris left unattended will be considered litter.  Tree limbs and tree debris should be no larger than 2 inches in diameter and 4 feet in length.  It should be placed between the curb and the sidewalk where appropriate.  All other tree trimmings can be taken by Borough residents and Borough property owners (who are working on their Borough property) to the brush pile in the Wolfe Field Athletic Complex along St. Anthony Street during normal hours of operation.

Leaf Collection

Leaf collection will begin on October 20, 2025, and run through December 5, 2025. Leaf collection follows the street maintenance schedule which is available online and posted on the street signs. Leaves must be placed in the parking spaces along the curbs prior to 6:30 am on collection day.  No leaves will be collected in alleyways or on the sidewalk.  Residents are reminded that vehicles illegally parked on No Parking days will be towed during this time.  Towing will begin on November 3, 2025 and continue through December 5, 2025.
