Lewisburg Borough Market Street Line Painting Continues from 11:00 pm on Monday, July 21, 2025 – 7:00 am on Tuesday, July 22, 2025
The Lewisburg Borough Public Works crew intends to continue line painting on Market Street from U.S. Route 15 to the bridge beginning at 11:00 pm on Monday, July 21, 2025 through 7:00 am on Tuesday, July 22, 2025. Market Street in Lewisburg Borough is posted as No Parking every day from midnight to 7:00 am. For this line painting project, the Buffalo Valley Regional Police Department will be ticketing and towing any illegally parked vehicles in violation of the Market Street parking restrictions.
The Market Street Line Painting Project is being conducted in the overnight hours when the traffic volume is lowest. However, the Market Street line painting project will result in significant traffic delays in the Market Street corridor overnight with lane closures anticipated at times during the project. Please drive slowly through all construction zones and carefully watch for workers.
NOTE: The line painting project is weather dependent. As of now, the forecast looks promising during the scheduled project window.
