Lewisburg Public Notice (1/22/26) – Lewisburg Borough Municipal Parking Lot Changes

Lewisburg Borough has made several changes to our Downtown Municipal Parking Lots.

• Parking is prohibited on Thursdays from 7:00 am to noon in Municipal Parking Lot 4 to allow for maintenance activities, cleaning, and snow, leave, and debris removal (when necessary). MPL4 is the half paved and half gravel municipal parking lot located north of Market Street between North Seventh Street and Limestone/Bull Run (i.e. behind Brendan’s Towne Tavern).
• Parking is prohibited on Thursdays from 7:00 am to noon in Municipal Parking Lot 5 to allow for maintenance activities, cleaning, and snow, leave, and debris removal (when necessary). MPL5 is the gravel municipal parking lot located north of Market Street between Limestone/Bull Run and North Fifth Street at Piers Art Park.
• Municipal Parking Lot 6 (MPL6) located north of Market Street between North Third Street and North Second Street is now reserved for Lewisburg Borough parking permit holders seven days a week. MPL6 is no longer open parking on Saturdays and Sundays.  If you are interested in purchasing a Lewisburg Borough Parking Permit for MPL6, we still have a few available.  Please stop by the Lewisburg Borough Office or call 570-523-3614 with questions or inquiries.

The Municipal Parking Lot changes listed above take effect immediately.
