The Borough Office will be closed to the public on Wednesday, May 2nd, due to the office reconstruction project. The contractor will be laying asphalt in the parking lot near the new entrance ramp making it inaccessible.
This also means that the Borough’s Tax Collector will not be available on this day.

The Borough is requesting proposals for the purchase of professional services associated with a Floodplain Restoration and Nature Play Area Project along Bull Run/Limestone Run. These services include all necessary design and specifications for the bidding of and contracting for the project. Just a reminder that the Borough encourages residents to participate in the annual spring pick-up of brush, tree trimmings and leaves. The Public Works Department follows the daily street maintenance schedule and these materials are only collected on the day the street is posted for no parking from 7 AM to Noon.

The new Borough Office entrance is located along the western side of the building and can be accessed from the Borough’s parking lot via a new wooden ramp that is located within the deck that overlooks Hufnagle Park. The ramp leads you to a new entrance door and a new building lobby. From the lobby you can access the Council Chambers, a new handicap accessible restroom, and a security window with a staff member ready to assist you!

Reminder: Meetings scheduled to be held in the Council Chambers between February 21st and March 19th have been relocated to the Training/Classroom on the first floor of the Fire Department Support Center at 239 North Fifth Street.
The Tax Collector has also been relocated to this location from 10 AM to 2 PM on the following Wednesdays: February 21st, February 28th and March 7th.
