Lewisburg Borough Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at 5:30 pm at the Borough Office, 55 S. 5th Street, Lewisburg, PA to consider the following Map Amendment request:

Timothy Turner & Assigns have requested a Zoning Map Amendment. These properties are currently located in the Residential Town 2 (RT-II) Zoning District. The request is to have the Zoning Map changed to Downtown Commercial (D-C). Beginning at the Northwest corner of N. 6th Street & White Pine Alley heading Southeast along N. 6th St to St. Louis St., then heading Southwest along St. Louis St. to Ludwig Alley, then head Northwest along Ludwig Alley to White Pine Alley, then head Northeast along Ludwig Alley to N. 6th St. This area to become part of the existing Downtown Commercial Zoning District.
